Pass Plus is an additional course aimed at new drivers living in Highland who would like to further improve their confidence and driving skills within the first year of passing their practical test.
Although, pass plus is aimed at new drivers, the course can be taken at any time.
The scheme consists of six training sessions covering driving:-
1) In town
2) In all weather
3) At night
4) On dual carriageways
5) On motorways
6) On rural/single-track roads
The value of immediate post-test training such as the Pass Plus course is widely promoted. Many of the insurance companies offer discount if the pass plus scheme has been completed.
